What the Learning Track Includes
The Fair Housing course is designed for a comprehensive understanding of the Fair Housing Act. Effectively serve the housing needs of all persons interested without Housing discrimination in which an individual or family is treated unequally when trying to buy, rent, lease, sell or finance a home based on certain characteristics, such as race, class, sex, religion, national origin, and familial status.
Learn the basics and intermediate features of the VA home loan program. Additionally, you will learn important topics including the VA loan history, military and veteran demographics. Mastery of these topics will allow you to better serve the military and veteran families.
The SCRA is designed for a comprehensive understanding of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). We want our members to have an industry recognized course needed to effectively serve the housing needs of our military and veteran communities. The knowledge from this course can prevent violations like the mortgage violations during the housing crisis 2008.
